Events at Harvard Book Store

Our award-winning Author Event Series is a great way to discover new books, talk to authors about their work, and meet other book-lovers in the community. We host established and emerging fiction and nonfiction authors throughout the year in Cambridge and Boston.

Get a signed event book!

If you would like a signed event book, please let us know in the comments field of the online order form. Orders for signed books must be placed through our website at least forty-eight hours in advance of the event and they must be pre-paid. We can not guarantee signed copies – authors are sometimes unable to sign books – but we will try our hardest to get you one.

Tickets

Tickets for most off-site Harvard Book Store events are $5. When required, tickets may be purchased at Harvard Book Store or over the phone at 617.661.1515.

Once you use your $5 ticket to gain entrance to the event, you can use it as a coupon for $5 off a single book or item at Harvard Book Store or a Harvard Book Store sponsored author event. Coupons may not be used on already discounted merchandise (ie, Select Seventy or Frequent Buyer discounted merchandise), event tickets, gift certificates or online purchases. They expire one month after the event.
